Had a car accident, other person drove off, I’ve been injured – can I claim anything?
I’m 17, and a car went to the side of my family, he was in your inside lane from a roundabout, and i was at outside, he’s moved finished lanes and went to the side of all of us, forcing me at once in to an important lamp post.
A driver stopped, checked back at everyone, then drove apart, I didn’t grab the reg during time
Police have tested for cameras in the community, but sadly there are actually none
I’ve sprained the ligament at my neck, over your spine, and must be called back in the hospital as these thought my spinal column was cracked, nonetheless through further research it’s not
Having said that, I’m a student with been unable to consult with college for way back when week due to make sure you pain and travel

There is something you can do actually. The MIB (Motor Insurers Bureau) provides compensation for accidents caused by uninsured untraced drivers. Clearly you have reported it to the police and got medical attention straight away so that is in your favour. There are strict deadlines on MIB claims so get cracking… I think you get one year to claim which might sound a lot but when you need police reports and medical reports and such it isn’t so long.
You might want some help with the forms to put over your side, so you could try 1.) the CAB (who are free) or 2.) a personal injury solicitor.
